This light source has no evident issues aside from the lamp age meter which I could not read. It is bright and responds to the controls. There is no damage to the housing or light tube ports. It has adaptor ports for STORZ and Olympus installed. There are spaces for ACMI and Wolf adaptors, but no adaptors.
We do have LUXTEC made pole mounting kits for this unit available for an extra $20 including shipping.
