This 2015 instrument was made in The Netherlands. It passes its internal self-tests and appears to be in good functional condition when powered by an aftermarket 12 VDC power supply. The display is bright and responsive. There are two small chips where the two sides of the case meet, one at the top right corner and the other in the middle right base (see pics) The case is mildly sun bleached as well. This unit is warranted to be functional on delivery.
Replacement value of this current product is $2680 in the USA.
