Lasers The HarmonyXL supports 4 distinct laser types including Erbium, Nd:YAG, Q-Switched Nd:YAG and the Alexandrite.
Er:YAG 2940 – The Erbium laser includes the powerful iPixel module, a 7X1 pixel roller that allows for fast and high-powered fractional ablation for skin rejuvenation.
Nd:YAG 1064 & 1320 – Available in both cooled and non-cooled modules, the long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser is an exceptionally powerful tool for the treatment of deep vascular pigmentation and nail fungus (onychomycosis).
Q-Switched Nd:YAG 1064/532 – Available in High Power, the ClearLift Q-Switched laser is for the non-invasive removal of various colored tattoos, as well as deep and superficial benign pigmented lesions. When used with the 5X5 pixel tip, HarmonyXL offers the world’s only fractional, nonablative and virtually painless solution for collagen remodeling.

Ultrasound and Light
IMPACT is an ultrasound sonotrode that emits acoustic waves and air pressure. IMPACT was developed specifically for the iTED procedure, a novel method of trans-epidermal delivery that more effectively treats stretch marks, melasma, scars and skin rejuvenation by advancing active agents to the deeper layers of the skin.
The NIR module emits near infrared energy for the temporary relief and relaxation of minor muscle and joint pain. The light of the NIR has been found effective as a temporary solution for skin tightening.
Alma Lasers LED module incorporates an array of yellow light emitting diodes which have multiple clinical benefits.
The UV module has an ultraviolet high-power targeted phototherapy module which uses spectral irradiance to restore pigment while avoiding exposure to healthy skin.
Advanced Flourescense Technology
Alma Lasers AFT, an advanced IPL technology, obtains better clinical results, produces only mild discomfort and has a longer product lifespan than traditional IPL devices with its high-powered filter that more efficiently disperses the energy outflow.
The HarmonyXL also supports the new dual-filter Dye-PL series of precise treatment modules. The Dye-VL for vascular lesions and onychomycosis has a 500-600nm wavelength, while the Dye-SR has a 550-650nm wavelength for skin rejuvenation. By cutting out the higher wavelengths, Dye-PL offers a highly efficacious treatment while minimizing the risk of potential side effects.
AFT Pulse Shape
AFT technology enables continuous square-shaped pulsing with moderate peak power throughout the entire pulse, for efficacious, safe results. The fluence of an AFT pulse is equally distributed, delivering optimal energy within a short, continuous pulse duration.

ClearChoice The ClearChoice treatment for Onchomycosis (nail fungus) has been found to be particularly effective when combining the Q-Switched 1064/532 with an Nd:YAG.
iTED is a minimally invasive skin barrier breakthrough solution that offers unprecedented potential for skin repair and aesthetic enhancement. Fractional Non-Ablative Skin Resurfacing
A study conducted in 2011 by dermatologists in Australia and Canada showed how the High-Powered Q-Switched Fractional Non-Ablative laser offers an effective, painless and comfortable procedure that doesn’t require pre-treatment or post-treatment care. The treatment is very safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types (I-VI).
