Unit was tested , put new battery on it . Made some pictures and video of testing. We did send this video to customer before shipment.
When he received the unit , he was saying the battery is dead, which is impossible . but anyway we did send him one more set Brand New Battery. Then he is saying Control board not working , we did send him another control board . That was happen when unit absolutely was working

I am a 36 year veteran service engineer of this industry.
I have been in business in Tampa for 29 years as a third party service company.
I ask you to take this machine back and refund me my money. You sent us a picture of a machine that had recently been painted and passed it off to me as what you were sending me. The machine you sent was not the one in the picture. I sent you pictures side by side to show you this. The one you said you were sending did not have a GE logo on it. Mine has a GE logo on it. This one was in bad paint and physical condition and had had the following problems. The video you sent was sent after I told you about the pre charge fail.
Pre charge fail upon boot up=bad batteries. Jenny Chen (your partner on this c-arm) from bayside medical sent another set not you!!
In out lock pad melted. 550.00 price for part.
Orbital lock pad disintegrated. Pad housing severely scratched c-arm area that the pad usually runs along. Up down motorized movement does not work. You sent me a board to replace the board that was not working. That board did not work. You did not send another!! $850.00
The image monitor flickers badly and needs replacing. $1500.00
One of the locking wheels on cart does not work and needs replacing.
One handle for the orbital lock was missing completely.
I have all the pictures and text messages to show the conditions I stated.
I have bought individual parts from you in the past but never a full machine.
You do not do service directly for medical facilities. I do such as Tampa General hospital. You are technically ignorant and not service a engineer. You never offered to pay for the problems that this machine had. I will never buy another thing from you again!!! I live and learn who I can trust. You have proven I can not trust you.
