We lost a costumer because of his delay's , and lack of managements.
Angelos Panagopoulos responded: Unreasonable, vindictive. Never sold him anything since we did not agree to heavily discount table he wanted. Abusive of DOTmed's feedback system !!!!

We are a healthcare educational company and bought an infusion pump from Pantur Inc - the equipment malfunctioned in less than a month and Angelo Panagopoulos, the manager, refused to fix it insisting since we did not pay retail for it, we should expect their type of "quality". Very difficult to deal with - if you plan to own equipment that will malfunction less than a month after purchase - then buy from this company
Angelos Panagopoulos responded: Unreasonable and verbally abusive individual. We offered to repair pump, free of charge, if returned freight prepaid. She refused.
