Carlos Rosado responded: Not sure what the issue is? Poor rating on packaging when we only use new packaging and followed by a poor rating on shipping when it arrived in 3 days. Not once did the buyer contact us with any problem even though we have a warranty and a 30 day return policy if they change their mind and or there's a problem with the instrument they purchased.
