IMADIS Téléradiologie, a leading French teleradiology company, announced today that it is using AI from leading AI vendor Aidoc. This new partnership will enable IMADIS, in line with their commitment to quality, to continue improving patient management, while offering a safety net to their radiologists. Imadis is the first teleradiology group in France to use Aidoc, joining over 300 radiology groups and medical centers worldwide.

The IMADIS Téléradiologie team comprises over 180 licensed French radiologists and provides remote emergency radiological services for over 65 hospitals and medical centers across France. The organization, based on 6 to 12 collaborating radiologists distributed across three dedicated night reading centers, active 24/7, is capable of handling over 400 CT and MRI exams per day.

"We are committed to providing the highest quality for our partners and their patients and the most advanced tools and working environments for our physicians," said Dr. Alexandre Ben Cheikh, radiologist and co-founder of IMADIS Téléradiologie. "We selected Aidoc following a rigorous review of the AI marketplace. The fact that Aidoc could provide the quality we needed within our aggressive turn around times was their winning factor. Within our evaluation period of several months, Aidoc flagged many subtle, sometimes hard to spot findings. It's reassuring for teleradiologists to know that Aidoc is always running in the background."

Aidoc's AI solutions detect acute abnormalities and prioritize them in the radiology workflow. The company has 4 FDA clearances and 6 CE marks for life-threatening pathologies, such as intracranial hemorrhage, pulmonary embolism and c-spine fractures. Aidoc recently received a CE mark for its AI solution that flags incidental pulmonary embolism (iPE) in contrast-enhanced CT as well as announced an FDA permission for the use of its solution to detect incidental findings associated with COVID-19.

"We are proud to partner with IMADIS Téléradiologie and help them strengthen their commitment to quality, in the face of ever-increasing demands for teleradiology services" said Jeremy De Sy, Director of European Sales at Aidoc. "With the influx of cases and growing need for teleradiology, we are dedicated to continuing to innovate and develop AI tools to impact radiologists' work in meaningful ways."
