Five Minutes in Healthcare is a new series we've introduced in HealthCare Business News, where I discuss current events with some of the industry's most influential leaders, as well as innovative thinkers who are working to meet the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic.

Over the last week I have had the pleasure of speaking to Andrew Colbert, Taylor Stapleton and Joseph Chackola. Each interview is approximately five minutes long, or a few minutes over five.

In the following installment we speak to Andrew Colbert, senior managing director and founding member of Ziegler’s Healthcare Corporate Finance Practice, about how various types of healthcare providers are handling reduced patient volumes during COVID-19, and the resources at their disposal.

In the following installment we speak to Informa Life Sciences' Joseph Chackola, about the ways the pandemic is impacting different parts of India, and the importance of keeping things in perspective and taking life one day at a time.
