IDN Report

by Philip F. Jacobus, CEO | April 16, 2014
Ron Minor attended the IDN Summit and Reverse Expo last week on behalf of DOTmed. Like years past, the show was held in Orlando, Fla.

Ron has been to IDN shows before, so he was able to draw some comparisons.

He told me he met a lot of people who attended IDN for the first time and all of them felt that it was worth the trip.

Ron loves the show because it gives him the chance to meet a lot of people at one time on a face-to-face basis. I know myself that the show is a great networking opportunity.

Overall, Ron said that he found the show productive and the sessions interesting.

We have an interview in our magazine this month with the Chuck Lauer, the former publisher of Modern Healthcare. Chuck is an extremely charming fellow. I know first-hand because I've had the pleasure of meeting with him in Chicago. He's had a long history of success and for the past four years he has moderated a leadership panel at IDN where he engages hospital executives on a range of topics. Feel free to check out the Q&A we did with him here.
