Cover came on board with the 25-year-old company as a lab instructor in 1999, and has held many positions since, including technical training instructor, director of training, and vice president of pre-owned equipment.

"I've worked together closely with everyone here, so I don't see it as a dramatic change," he said. "I most look forward to setting direction for the company and providing a vision for the future."

Part of that vision for the future includes expanding training. Currently, RSTI offers over 30 training courses each year and can boast teaching over 10,000 service professionals from over 30 countries in radiology, mammography, CT, ultrasound, networking, PACS, and DICOM.

Cover said that other future goals for RSTI include continuing to increase the number of units of used equipment the company offers because "that's what supports the advancements for equipment we have in the training lab."
