One of the operator remote controls has a torn cable shield (see pics / does not affect functionality).
Comes with power cord, 27383 probe, 2x operator remote controls, 2x patient interrupt switches, lead wire, and set of pads (pads are unused).
DOES NOT come with any other accessories.
