This is public health system surplus. There are no apparent signs of use or damage on the scale. The carrying case has an ID marked on it and has some shelf wear, but no rips or tears or staining. This unit does not calibrate though it TARE (0s) and consistently overweighs by a factor of 7. It is available at a "parts" price.
