This US made EOS power supply comes complete with mounting plate, AC in and out power cords, two female control ports ( RM15TPD-10P and EIAJ Circular 14 Pin). The adaptor cable running from the RM15TPD 10 pin port to a DB9 RS232 plug is listed at DOTmed 4242686. This power supply was connected to a USB and an unknown computer CPU on a 2003 NUCLETRON HDR Brachytherapy device and was working before the device was scrapped. It is warranted to be in working order and to be un damaged on delivery. The power supply is a current product with a value of about $120, not including the accessories included with this one.
