For Sale BARD MEDSYSTEMS Macbick Sealer Pharmaceutical Packaging

I suspect this is some sort of medical sterile package sealer. I can find no reference for it on the www or at the Bard site. It plugs in, heats up and appears to be all there except for whatever sort of cassette fits in the base.The P/N is 6464-372 and the catalogue number is 610000.
It is sold AS IS primarily because I have no information on how it works or what it does.
