The wheeled weighted base has a low center of gravity making this lamp extremely stable. The light head is on a flexible arm which will adjust easily. Cosmetically this exam lamp is in great condition and works great. This Light is a minor procedure light with a rotating head. There are a few scratches and paint chips in the finish also in the reflector there is a small ding but still very presentable this does not affect the overall function of light . All counterweights and springs are working properly. I have three available. It is ready to start using. I guarantee they will not be DOA
