These wall protectors fit on the head end of the bed to protect the adjacent wall from damage as the bed goes up and down or is moved forward and backward. They are plastic and meant to break before a wall is punctured. Though for bed transport they can be removed by unbolting two bolts, they seldom are. As a result they are the part that is the longest extension of the bed and often get broken when forced around a corner.
No part number is obvious on these. They were purchased from a large hospital group in a box labelled Hill Rom beds. I have dealt with enough of the P series beds by this manufacturer to recognize them.
