One to six adapters are available in sterile packaging. These were prepared for service and not used. They meet Canadian and US standards and came out of a public heath application in Canada. Each adapter has only "VAC" stamped into the hex and no manufacturer or P/N identification. These came in the bag in the picture. The P/N on it corresponds to the description of these adaptors on the www. I suspect the "oxygen" reference on the sealed bag is a form label and is incorrect given the "VAC" stamp. With that said, I do not think there is much difference between these and those used for O2 applications as the flow through them is straight and uninterrupted. The hose barb on the VAC part is 5/16" while that on an O2 adaptor or 1/4". The O2 adaptor P/N is 3102-OXY-HB
