As a Field Technician for Remote Rescue, you will be an essential part of our operations team, responsible for servicing clients' EMS equipment, including stretchers and stair chairs. You will ensure all equipment is operational, safe, and well-maintained, performing both service requests and annual preventive maintenance. This role requires someone who can work independently, has a strong commitment to safety, and possesses a high level of technical skill in EMS equipment repair.
Responsibilities:
Conduct service requests and regular preventive maintenance on EMS equipment such as stretchers and stair chairs.
Diagnose and repair any issues found during maintenance checks to ensure equipment is operational and meets safety standards.
Provide onsite customer service and support, addressing any questions or concerns regarding equipment use and maintenance.
Maintain accurate service records and inventory for all maintenance activities.
Proven experience in EMS equipment repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of stretchers and stair chairs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in remote locations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer service.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
