Opportunity
This unit experiences an average of 2500-3000 births per year with NNPs attending all high risk deliveries. Shifts are mainly 24s and 9s with flexible self-scheduling and the caseload is approximately 8 patients per NNP.
22 bed LIII (2012 AAP criteria)
All individual rooms, divided into 4 pods
No transport requirement

Requirements
Required for this role is a team-oriented NNP with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Experienced candidates are strongly preferred, but new NNP grads with a heavy, high-acuity experience within a busy, fast-paced unit with strong procedural competency and/or transport experience will be considered.
No commuter candidates; must live or relocate within approximately 30 minutes of facility
Masters required; will consider non-masters on a case-by-case basis
