Our company., is an Orlando-based medical imaging equipment/ services company that is currently seeking a full time Field Service Engineer.

We are a growing healthcare company providing a full range of imaging services and sales of both pre-owned and refurbished diagnostic imaging equipment, including: MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, X-Ray, Bone Density, Mammography, C-ARM & Lithotripsy.

The successful incumbent must have OEM experience working with Hitachi MRI Systems. The position will include working on a wide variety of imaging systems, therefore additional hands-on experience with Siemens, GE, Toshiba and Philips MRI/CT, X-Ray, Cath Lab, Nuclear Medicine and Biomedical systems will be a major plus.

As part of that process, the technical and business responsibilities include:

• Respond to service calls in a timely manner;
• Installing and de-installing;
• Troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on various makes, models and manufacturers;
• Sourcing and ordering repair and replacement parts;
• Responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs to ensure optimal system performance;
• Meet or exceed budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management;
• Technical phone support to clients, field service engineers and MRI Depot employees;
• Accurate and timely service/problem ticket reporting;
• Managing company assets to include a company credit card, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 Years experience servicing and repairing all models of Hitachi MRI systems;
• Associates degree, or military/OEM/ISO imaging service experience;
• Experience in the service and repair of medical equipment in a hospital environment;
• Experience servicing a wide variety of modalities and working with a wide variety of manufacturers is a major plus, but not mandatory;
• Valid drivers license, valid passport and reliable transportation;
• Knowledge of computers, electrical, electronic, pneumatics, and mechanical principles.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, directors, administrators, technicians and be capable of establishing exceptional working relationships with both internal and external customers;
• Must be proficient in computer skills and telephone etiquette.
