ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The qualified Field Service Engineer is an integral part of the product and service support team and is able to use critical thinking skills, experience, education, and training to support a diverse group of imaging customers in the North Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas areas.
• Multi-Modality (X-ray, US, MRI, CT, NM, Biomed, PACS, DR, CR)
• Multi-OEM (Canon, RadPro, GE, Siemens, Philips, Hologic, Dell, Quantum, Shimadzu, Fuji, Carestream, Konica)
• Confidently and diplomatically Interface with various levels of customer groups including entry level medical staff, physicians, supervisors, administrators, and biomedical engineers; private practice, hospital, imaging center, veterinary, and chiropractic market.
• Will dismantle, assemble, transport, troubleshoot, analyze, service, and perform site planning for medical imaging and biomedical equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Digital imaging experience and verifiable certifications must be included with resume.
• Must have excellent driving record. Driver License in Texas.
• Must be able to lift (25 pounds or greater), bend, stretch, and be physically fit.
• Must be able to read schematic drawings, use manual dexterity to perform service functions, and hear audible sounds.
